For women who are tired of starting over
A 5-day challenge that gives you the awareness, the strategy, and the tools to permanently shift the behaviour that keeps showing up — in your relationships, your health, your parenting, and every other area of your life.

You've tried to change it before.
Maybe you set a new intention on a Monday morning, downloaded an app, told yourself this time would be different. Maybe you white-knuckled your way through a few days, even a few weeks, before the old pattern quietly crept back in — so familiar, so automatic, that you almost didn't notice it had returned until you were already deep inside it again.
And then came the familiar weight of it. The "why do I keep doing this?" The frustration of being an intelligent, capable woman who cannot seem to shift this one thing no matter how hard she tries.
Here is what I need you to hear before anything else:
That is not a willpower problem. And it is not a you problem.
It is a strategy problem — and it has a solution.
Why Willpower Alone Never Works
Every habit — every single one, no matter how irrational or frustrating or long-standing — exists for a reason.
Beneath every behaviour that isn't serving you is a belief formed somewhere in your past, and a need that behaviour has been quietly trying to meet ever since. Sometimes that belief was formed in childhood. Sometimes it was learned from watching the adults around you. Sometimes it developed as a completely logical response to something that happened — a protection, an adaptation, a survival strategy that worked once and then never got updated.
Your habit isn't random. It isn't a character flaw. It is a deeply intelligent response to something that happened — and it has been running on autopilot ever since because nobody ever showed you how to look underneath it.
Willpower tries to override the habit.
This strategy works with it — understanding it, accepting it, and replacing it with something that genuinely serves the woman you are now.
That is why this works when everything else hasn't.
I'm a Women's Brilliance Coach, and I've spent years helping women understand the patterns that have been quietly running their lives — the habits, the behaviours, the loops they keep finding themselves in no matter how many times they decide to change.
I created this challenge because I know what it feels like to be a capable, self-aware woman who still can't seem to shift that one thing. I've lived the frustration of trying harder and getting nowhere. I've felt the quiet shame of falling back into a pattern I swore I'd left behind.
And I've learned — through my own journey and through working with hundreds of women — that the missing piece is almost never more effort. It's almost always more understanding.
When you understand why a habit exists, changing it becomes natural rather than forced.
That's what these five days give you.
My approach is different because:
✨I don't ask you to push harder — I ask you to look deeper
✨I work with your nervous system, not against it
✨I create safety for you to understand yourself without shame or judgment
✨I give you a strategy that works for any habit in any area of life — forever

In Their Own Words:
"After a really tough couple of years, with a leap of faith, I faced my fears. Joining Alice's 'Ditch Your Worst Habit' — it was like a magician's magic rabbit. Overwhelmed, confused, scared and burnt out, I am now focused and have a new route. Thank you Alice for shining a light. I felt in the dark but now my future is bright."
— SC, 5-Day Challenge Graduate
"My biggest takeaway was Alice's words: 'If nothing changes, then nothing changes.' It's so simple but I have been choosing to ignore my bad behaviours and of course nothing has changed for me. Time for me to make a different choice."
— Lucy P., Challenge Participant
"Wow — this session unravelled a LOT. My biggest takes: you will find time for the things that are important to you. No one is going to save you no matter how many supportive people you have around you. Need to take ownership for our actions and the part we play in creating them. A series of small good decisions will get closer and closer to your goal as opposed to repeating the same old same old. Confidence with growth and change."
— Clare, Challenge Participant
"My key takeaway is that 'nobody is going to save you' — that it comes from within you. I have also realised and recognised the exact time that my self-confidence to do my own thing took a huge nosedive."
— Simone, Challenge Participant
"Key takeaways from Day 3: don't have crappy standards, change the narrative and use positive statements and affirmations, it IS possible — I can, I will, I must!"
— Samantha, Challenge Participant
"Before I was so unaware of my unconscious decision making. Now I am 'awake' and have the tools given to me by Alice to break bad habits and achieve better outcomes. I would absolutely recommend Alice — saying yes to her workshop can change your life. Thank you Alice for giving me back choice, new perspective and trust in myself to enable change."
— LJ, 5-Day Challenge Graduate
"I felt so much lighter after this challenge and feel that I have a new way of seeing the narratives I have created and held so deeply. Amazing!"
— GC, 5-Day Challenge Graduate

This Is Bigger Than You
Here is something I want you to sit with for a moment.
The habits you carry right now — the patterns you've been trying to shift, the loops you keep finding yourself in — most of them were not originally yours.
They were learned. Borrowed from the adults around you when you were too young to know you had a choice. Absorbed from environments that shaped your beliefs before you could question them. Passed down, generation to generation, by people who were also just doing the best they could with what they had.
And right now, without realising it, you are passing some of those same patterns on.
Your children are watching how you handle stress. How you speak to yourself when you make a mistake. Whether you choose yourself or abandon yourself when things get hard. Whether you believe change is possible or whether you quietly model that some things just can't be shifted.
This challenge gives you the strategy to change that story.
Not by being a perfect parent. Not by having everything figured out. But by doing the brave, honest work of understanding your own patterns first — so that you can show your children, not just tell them, that change is possible.
That awareness is a choice. That a series of small, good decisions leads somewhere different. That the patterns we inherit don't have to be the patterns we pass on.
When you do this work, you don't just change your life. You change what gets handed down.
What Happens Inside the Challenge:
Content dripped daily — one lesson unlocked each morning so you can move through at a gentle, integrated pace
🌿 DAY 1 — AWARENESS
"Finally understanding why this habit exists"
Most women try to break habits through willpower alone and wonder why nothing ever sticks. Today you discover what's actually driving your habit beneath the surface, because understanding the cause is the crucial first step to genuine, lasting change.
You'll finish Day 1 thinking: "Oh. Now I understand why I keep doing this. And it makes complete sense."
🌿 DAY 2 — ACCEPTANCE
"The deeper beliefs holding this habit in place"
Your habits are connected to beliefs formed as early as childhood and to fundamental human needs that don't disappear just because you decide to change. Today you uncover what your habit has actually been doing for you — and why this understanding is completely liberating rather than defeating.
You'll finish Day 2 feeling: A surprising, unexpected compassion for yourself and the habit you've been fighting against.
🌿 DAY 3 — ADJUSTMENT
"Replacing the old with something that actually serves you"
Now that you understand your habit and what it's been fulfilling, you get to choose something better, deliberately, consciously, with full understanding of what you're doing and why. Today you flip your limiting beliefs into empowering ones and identify a genuine replacement that serves the woman you're becoming.
You'll finish Day 3 feeling: Excited. Like something that felt impossible suddenly feels completely within reach.
🌿 DAY 4 — ACTION PLAN
"Building your new behaviour into daily life"
Understanding isn't enough on its own — you need a practical plan that works in your real, busy, complicated life. Today you build your new behaviour into a sustainable routine that your brain will embrace rather than resist, using the same neurological principles that made your old habit stick in the first place.
You'll finish Day 4 with: A specific, realistic plan that fits your actual life — not another thing that sounds good in theory but falls apart by Wednesday.
🌿 DAY 5 — ACCOUNTABILITY
"Ensuring this change actually sticks this time"
The final piece is creating personal accountability systems that keep you on track even when life gets chaotic — plus the most powerful exercise in the entire challenge, writing a letter to your future self who has already succeeded.
You'll finish Day 5 feeling: Proud. Equipped. Ready. Like the woman in that letter already exists inside you — because she does.

BONUSES
A previously recorded live challenge. See where others have gone through the same thing you have. Learn from their questions, the additional teachings and follow their progress. Additional teaching strategies on ditching procrastination, meditations to help you with grounding and bringing you back to your body.
The Strategy That Changes Everything
Once you learn this 5-step process — Awareness, Acceptance, Adjustment, Action Plan, Accountability — you have a framework for lasting change that works for any behaviour in any area of your life.
The negative self-talk. The saying yes when you mean no. The putting everyone else first. The numbing. The procrastinating. The people-pleasing. The patterns in your relationships. The way you speak to yourself when you make a mistake.
All of it becomes workable when you understand what's underneath it.
And when you understand it? You can teach it. To your children. To the people around you who are stuck in their own patterns. Not by lecturing them, but by modelling what it looks like when a woman does the honest, brave work of choosing differently.
This is how cycles end. Not dramatically. Quietly. One small, good decision at a time.
This Is for You If:
✅ You have a habit or behaviour you keep trying to change but it keeps coming back
✅ You've tried willpower, motivation, new year's resolutions, and accountability partners — and something still isn't shifting
✅ You want to understand yourself at a deeper level, not just manage your surface behaviour
✅ You're tired of feeling like you're fighting against yourself
✅ You want a strategy you can use for the rest of your life, not a quick fix that fades
✅ You want to model genuine change for the people around you, especially your children
✅ You're ready to stop blaming yourself and start understanding yourself instead
This Might Not Be Right If:
❌ You're looking for a magic fix that requires no self-reflection
❌ You want someone to tell you exactly what to do without any inner work
❌ You're not willing to spend 30-45 minutes a day for 5 days investing in yourself
❌ You prefer high-pressure, push-harder approaches to change
"I've tried to change this before and it hasn't worked."
That's exactly why this is different. Every approach you've tried before was working at the surface level — managing the behaviour without understanding what's driving it. This challenge goes underneath. When you understand the root, the behaviour loses its grip. You haven't failed — you've been using the wrong tools.
"I don't have time for another thing."
Thirty to forty-five minutes a day for five days. Content dripped daily so it never feels overwhelming. Most women do their lesson during a lunch break, after the kids are in bed, or with a morning coffee before the house wakes up. If you have time to scroll, you have time for this — and this will give you back far more time than it takes.
"What if I fall back into the habit after the challenge?"
That's exactly what Day 5 is for. Accountability isn't an afterthought in this challenge — it's built into the final day deliberately, because sustainable change needs structure, not just intention. And with lifetime access, you can return to any day of the challenge anytime a new pattern needs working through.
"I'm not sure I'm ready."
If you're reading this page, you're ready. Readiness doesn't feel like certainty — it feels like this. That quiet pull toward something different. That sense that the timing is right even if it feels slightly uncomfortable. Trust that instinct — it's your inner wisdom, not your anxiety, speaking.
